Important

The portal enables you to report matters to the Labeyrie Fine Foods Group Ethics Officer which you feel are: unethical behaviour; a serious situation which may be illegal or against the Code of Ethics and Good Business Conduct of the Labeyrie Fine Foods Group; or are that runs counter to the general interest (e.g. theft, fraud, harassment, food safety hazard, environmental hazard)

Your report must be based on facts which you learned directly or witnessed yourself.

The Portal allows you to keep your identity secret, from the moment you make your whistleblowing report. You may choose not to reveal your identity, but in this case, your report will not be processed unless you provide detailed factual information and the purported incidents are very serious.

The portal is not suitable for immediate safety or security threats (emergencies). For emergencies, please contact local authorities and public emergency services.

Should the reported incident allegedly involve the Labeyrie Fine Foods Group Ethics Officer herself, please see the Group Whistleblowing Procedure posted on this site for the person to contact and the procedure to follow.

To know

The portal isolates each report. For each report, you have your own private discussion system for sending and receiving messages.

The information which you provide will be accessible only to the Labeyrie Fine Foods Group Ethics Officer and a very limited number of people assigned to work on your report. These people may access the information only after signing a non-disclosure agreement, breach of which could lead to a fine and imprisonment.

You will be able to follow the processing of your report and communicate with the Ethics Officer using the secret code generated by the platform when you send in your report.

Every report will be diligently analysed and subject to a detailed internal audit.
